Why this duo works

When Aphelios has Gravitum, its slow and root give Pyke a coordinated catch window, and Pyke's execute can grant extra gold to an assisting Aphelios. Playing the duo

Gravitum attacks slow targets and its Weapon Ability(Q) roots enemies already slowed by that weapon; Pyke's Bone Skewer(Q) can pull a target and Phantom Undertow(E) stuns enemies along its path.

Death From Below(R) executes low-health enemies and grants additional gold to an ally who assists, which can help Aphelios reach his item spikes after a successful catch.

Tell Pyke when Gravitum is available and coordinate before committing to a catch; follow his Q or E only when the target is within your reach and your current weapon can contribute.

How to play as Pyke
