Stay behind minions while Nautilus has Q, and use Volley(W) to poke him when he steps up; he has a shield but no built-in healing, so repeated poke sticks.

Frost Shot(P) slows Nautilus when Ashe attacks him, and Volley(W) also applies the slow, making it easier for Ashe to kite after a hook misses.

Enchanted Crystal Arrow(R) can stun Nautilus at range, but his Depth Charge(R) remains a targeted threat that Ashe cannot intercept for herself.

How to play as Nautilus

Look for Ashe when she steps outside her minions, but keep enough health to survive her poke and do not walk through Volley(W) repeatedly while waiting for a hook.
