Cho'Gath vs Bel'Veth Jungle Matchup

Cho'Gath Jungle wins 51.8% of 2,106 Low Elo games against Bel'Veth Jungle, +0.7 points vs expected, 2-patch window 26.19-26.20.

Researched on LoL patch 26.20. Tips are written to hold at any rank; stats come from Low Elo ranked games up to patch 26.20.

How to play as Cho'Gath

Expect Bel'Veth to pressure your camps early; ward the opposite side, path away, and give a camp rather than contesting before your first item.

If Bel'Veth starts Royal Maelstrom(E), use Feral Scream(W) to interrupt the channel before trying to finish her with Feast(R). (Unverified: no source confirms this note.)

Royal Maelstrom(E) channels Bel'Veth's attacks and grants damage reduction, while Cho'Gath's Feral Scream(W) silence can interrupt the channel. (Unverified: no source confirms this note.)
