How to play as Lucian

Look for a short trade when Jhin has spent his 4th shot and steps up to farm; use Relentless Pursuit(E) only when you can finish the burst and retreat before Jhin's support follows up.

Jhin's basic attack range is 550 to Lucian's 500, but Relentless Pursuit(E) closes the gap and Lucian's Lightslinger(P) adds a double shot after each ability.

Piercing Light(Q) can pass through a minion to hit Jhin behind it, so a minion between them does not always protect Jhin from Lucian's poke.

How to play as Jhin

Stay near the edge of Lucian's dash range and hold Deadly Flourish(W) while Relentless Pursuit(E) is available; if he spends E to enter, root him after you or an ally deals damage and back out of his double-shot trade.
