How to play as Pantheon

Save Shield Vault(W) to stun Miss Fortune if she starts Bullet Time(R); Aegis Assault(E) can cover your own front, but will not protect your carry from the cone.

Shield Vault(W) stuns Miss Fortune and interrupts Bullet Time(R) if Pantheon reaches her while she is channeling.

Aegis Assault(E) protects Pantheon from frontal damage but does not shield nearby allies from Bullet Time(R), unlike Braum's directional cover.

How to play as Miss Fortune

Don't channel while Pantheon can reach you with Shield Vault(W); make him spend the stun or stay outside its range before starting Bullet Time(R).
