How to play as Rell
Hold Shattering Strike(Q) for Yuumi's Zoomies(E) shield, then use Ferromancy(W) to start the engage on Yuumi's ally. If Yuumi detaches or starts hopping during your crowd control, punish the window before You and Me!(W) is available again.
