How to play as Seraphine

Use casts to either contest Caitlyn's push or poke her rather than giving her a free two-for-one; when High Note(Q) and Beat Drop(E) are on cooldown, keep out of Caitlyn's auto range until you can answer her pressure.

Seraphine's area spells can threaten Caitlyn while also hitting the wave when both are in their path, so positioning around the minion line affects whether she gets poke and push together.

Surround Sound(W) shields nearby allies and can heal them when they are already shielded, helping blunt Caitlyn's chip damage.

How to play as Caitlyn

Stand just outside the minion line so Seraphine has to choose between pushing with spells and aiming them at you; when she uses High Note(Q) or Beat Drop(E) on the wave, step up and trade while they are down.
