How to play as Zilean

Use Time Warp(E) to slow Seraphine when she tries to retreat or speed an ally around her slow skillshots; double-bomb her when she is committed to a cast or caught by a gank.

Save Chronoshift(R) for the Seraphine target most likely to die rather than casting it early; she can force a difficult choice if Encore(R) catches more than one teammate.

Two Time Bomb(Q) casts on one target detonate the first early and stun; Seraphine's long spell cast animations can give Zilean time to set up that combo.

How to play as Seraphine

If a gank starts, dodge at least one Time Bomb(Q) so Zilean cannot double-bomb stun you; save Surround Sound(W) to soften a single bomb if you get tagged.
