Don't start Blood Frenzy(W) while Kha'Zix still has Void Assault(R) available; if you can hit Certain Death(R) while he is visible, its true sight lets you keep tracking him through his invisibility.

Void Assault(R) makes Kha'Zix invisible and can break Briar's normal Blood Frenzy(W) pursuit; if Certain Death(R) has already marked him, its true sight keeps him revealed through that invisibility.

Kha'Zix can use Void Assault(R) to interrupt Briar's attacks and prevent her empowered W bite if she has not marked him with R.

How to play as Kha'Zix

Use Void Assault(R) after Briar commits to Blood Frenzy(W) to break her normal pursuit, but avoid relying on invisibility after Certain Death(R) has marked you because Briar's true sight still tracks the marked prey.
