How to play as Briar

Don't open with Head Rush(Q) into Shroud of Darkness(W); wait for the shield to expire or draw it out first, then use Q to stun or E to disengage.

If Nocturne's Unspeakable Horror(E) tether is about to finish, start Chilling Scream(E) before the fear lands; it buffers the control and can push him off instead of letting the tether force a prolonged fight.

Shroud of Darkness(W) blocks one incoming ability, so it can stop Briar's Head Rush(Q), Chilling Scream(E), or Certain Death(R); Unspeakable Horror(E) can fear Briar if she stays tethered until it completes.

Chilling Scream(E) ends Blood Frenzy and can be buffered through Nocturne's fear tether, but using it early gives up Briar's attack window and self-peel.

How to play as Nocturne

Hold Shroud of Darkness(W) for Briar's Q or E, then keep Unspeakable Horror(E) tethered while her Blood Frenzy is active so she has to choose between ending it with E or taking the fear.
