Keep Mystic Shot pressure up and avoid Jhin's fourth-shot window. Once he fires it and begins reloading, use the opening to land Q and take a longer trade; keep your passive stacks high before committing.

Jhin's four-shot cycle makes his fourth-shot-plus-Q trade dangerous, but the ensuing reload gives Ezreal a window to fire Mystic Shot and return damage.

Mystic Shot reaches farther than either champion's basic attack range, so Ezreal can poke Jhin from outside Jhin's 550 attack range; Jhin can still punish a hit with his long-range root if he or an ally has recently damaged Ezreal.

How to play as Jhin

Take a short trade with your fourth shot and Dancing Grenade(Q), then retreat during your own reload instead of continuing into Ezreal's Mystic Shot(Q). Be ready for Arcane Shift(E) to reposition around Deadly Flourish(W).
