Jinx ADC vs Heimerdinger Support Matchup

Jinx ADC wins 54.0% of 402 Low Elo games against Heimerdinger Support, +0.1 points vs expected, 2-patch window 26.19-26.20.

Researched on LoL patch 26.20. Tips are written to hold at any rank; stats come from Low Elo ranked games up to patch 26.20.

How to play as Jinx

Use Fishbones(Q) to clear Heimerdinger's turrets from range, then switch back to minigun for safer farming when possible; Heimer players warn that relying on rockets for every minion burns mana early.

Dodge Heimerdinger's grenade(E) and keep clearing his turrets; players say his lane is much less threatening without them and tends to push, which can give your team a gank window.

Fishbones(Q) splash can hit Heimerdinger's H-28 turrets from range, letting Jinx attack his setup while clearing minions; the rockets cost mana and fire more slowly than her minigun.
