How to play as Morgana
Control the first two waves and threaten Dark Binding(Q) when Twitch is forced away from minions; look for a level 2 all-in only after you have created a clear line, rather than spending Q into the wave.
Dark Binding(Q) is blocked by minions, while Ambush(Q) lets Twitch reposition under camouflage; Morgana can punish him when he separates from the wave, but her bind is much harder to land through his minion cover.
