How to play as Morgana

Hold Black Shield for Jinx's Flame Chompers or your lane partner's crowd control, then use Dark Binding to start the trade; avoid throwing Q on cooldown into a full minion wave.

Dark Binding roots Jinx, and Tormented Shadow deals more damage as its target gets lower; Jinx has to avoid the long bind or risk being held in the pool and follow-up damage.

Black Shield prevents disabling effects while it holds, so it can stop Flame Chompers from rooting the shielded champion; Jinx players note that the trap is much less useful into a ready shield.

How to play as Jinx

Keep minions between you and Dark Binding, and stand offset from Morgana so she cannot line up Q through both bot-laners. If she misses Q or uses Black Shield, use that cooldown window to step up, poke or help your support engage.
