Why Olaf is favored

Undertow(Q) can slow Teemo and be thrown again after Olaf picks up the axe, while Ragnarok(R) removes the blind that normally protects Teemo from basic attacks. If Olaf lands an axe, he can keep slowing Teemo and run him down before Teemo can restore distance.

How to play as Olaf

Use Undertow(Q) to start the chase, pick the axe up to throw it again, and activate Ragnarok(R) when Teemo tries to stop your attack with Blinding Dart(Q).

Ragnarok(R) removes crowd control, including Teemo's blind, so Olaf can continue attacking through Blinding Dart(Q) while the ultimate is active.

Undertow(Q) slows Teemo, and picking up the axe resets the ability's cooldown so Olaf can keep up the chase if he lands it.

How to play as Teemo

Sidestep Undertow(Q) and use Move Quick(W) to stay out of Olaf's follow-up range; do not spend Blinding Dart(Q) expecting it to stop him during Ragnarok(R).
