Singed vs K'Sante Top Matchup

Singed Top wins 62.6% of 436 Low Elo games against K'Sante Top, +2.7 points vs expected, 2-patch window 26.19-26.20.

Researched on LoL patch 26.20. Tips are written to hold at any rank; stats come from Low Elo ranked games up to patch 26.20.

How to play as Singed

After K'Sante lands a Q, move out of his basic attack range to deny the passive follow-up; use Insanity Potion's movement speed to dodge his next Q rather than running in a predictable line.

When K'Sante builds two Ntofo Strikes stacks, keep space from the wave and be ready to dodge the pull; if he commits with All Out, Fling him away and return to wave pressure instead of chasing a long duel. (Unverified: no source confirms this note.)

K'Sante's abilities mark champions for bonus damage from his next basic attack, so taking a Q without leaving his attack range can expose Singed to an empowered follow-up.
