Singed vs Sion Top Matchup

Singed Top wins 50.5% of 553 Low Elo games against Sion Top, -0.2 points vs expected, 2-patch window 26.19-26.20.

Researched on LoL patch 26.20. Tips are written to hold at any rank; stats come from Low Elo ranked games up to patch 26.20.

How to play as Singed

Stand slightly away from the minion wave so Sion has to choose between aiming Decimating Smash at you or using it to clear; if he activates Soul Furnace beside you, Fling him away before he can recast it. (Unverified: no source confirms this note.)

As Sion gets tankier, prioritize clearing or proxying waves and joining fights instead of spending time trying to kill him; keep the wave in your favor before roaming so he cannot take your tower for free. (Unverified: no source confirms this note.)

Singed's Fling knocks Sion airborne and interrupts his Decimating Smash charge, denying the charged knockup.
