Yone vs Sylas Mid Matchup

Yone Mid wins 53.6% of 6,425 Low Elo games against Sylas Mid, +0.4 points vs expected, 2-patch window 26.19-26.20.

Researched on LoL patch 26.20. Tips are written to hold at any rank; stats come from Low Elo ranked games up to patch 26.20.

How to play as Yone

Save Soul Unbound(E) to dodge Sylas's Abduct(E2); if he spends the chain pull and misses, punish the cooldown with a longer trade.

If Sylas chooses Electrocute, respect his early burst trades; once his ability rotation is spent, extend the fight instead of giving him another short trade.

Sylas's Hijack(R) can steal and cast Yone's Fate Sealed(R), so Yone's ultimate can become a threat from either side.
