How to play as Karma

Do not measure the lane by one Inner Flame(Q) hit into Soraka's partner; Karma mains point out that Soraka can sustain repeated poke. Aim trades at Soraka too, and look to extend pressure when she misses Starcall(Q). (Unverified: no source confirms this note.)

Use Mantra(R)-Inner Flame(Q) to catch both Soraka and her ADC when they stand together, forcing Soraka to choose which health bar to restore with Astral Infusion(W). (Unverified: no source confirms this note.)

Soraka can restore her own health by landing Starcall(Q), then spend health with Astral Infusion(W) to heal an ally, so isolated Karma poke can be converted into sustain if Soraka keeps connecting Q. (Unverified: no source confirms this note.)
