Kayn vs Darius Jungle Matchup

Kayn Jungle wins 46.3% of 756 Low Elo games against Darius Jungle, -0.8 points vs expected, 2-patch window 26.19-26.20.

Researched on LoL patch 26.20. Tips are written to hold at any rank; stats come from Low Elo ranked games up to patch 26.20.

How to play as Kayn

Before you have form, avoid committing to an invade or long duel with Darius; keep your clear tempo and use Q to move through him when you need to avoid Darius Q's outer blade.

If Darius has stacked bleed and is about to cast R, use your own R just before his execute lands; wait out the bleed before re-engaging.

Kayn Q can dash through Darius to leave the outer blade of Darius Q, which deals more damage and is the part that heals Darius.

Kayn R hides him inside a target, letting him avoid Darius R if he casts it just before the execute lands.
