Sylas vs Teemo Jungle Matchup

Sylas Jungle wins 51.1% of 548 Low Elo games against Teemo Jungle, +0.8 points vs expected, 2-patch window 26.19-26.20.

Researched on LoL patch 26.20. Tips are written to hold at any rank; stats come from Low Elo ranked games up to patch 26.20.

How to play as Sylas

Wait for Teemo to spend Blinding Dart before relying on basic attacks; while blinded, keep using your chain spells and attack again when the blind ends.

Use Hijack to take Teemo's Noxious Trap and seed the next jungle route or objective approach with your own mushrooms.

Hijack can steal Noxious Trap, letting Sylas place Teemo's mushrooms on jungle routes and around objectives.

How to play as Teemo

Use Blinding Dart when Sylas commits with Abscond / Abduct; it limits his basic attacks but does not stop his chain spells, so kite him with Move Quick after the engage.
