Vayne ADC vs Karma Support Matchup

Vayne ADC wins 49.7% of 1,640 Low Elo games against Karma Support, -0.1 points vs expected, 2-patch window 26.19-26.20.

Researched on LoL patch 26.20. Tips are written to hold at any rank; stats come from Low Elo ranked games up to patch 26.20.

How to play as Vayne

Tumble (Q) sideways to dodge Karma's Inner Flame (Q), then look for pressure only when your support can follow up.

If Karma keeps landing poke, preserve health and farm safely rather than forcing a trade; the lane advice for Vayne stresses that this mage matchup is support-dependent.

Karma's Inner Flame (Q) is a ranged poke spell that Vayne can sidestep with Tumble (Q); Vayne players identify dodging Karma's Q as the opening to pressure the lane.
